Hi, I am Jodie a Qualified British Wheel of Yoga and Meditation Teacher.

My own journey with epilepsy has shaped a compassionate and empowering approach to movement. With a background in dance and choreography and a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga qualification, I blend knowledge, creativity, and lived experience to offer inclusive classes that support strength, ease, and self-connection.

Teaching in Wallsend and Ouseburn, I guide mindful yoga, restorative practices, breathwork, and aerial hoop conditioning to help you build confidence, find balance, and feel more at home in yourself.

Join us every Sunday morning in Wallsend for outdoor sessions on the mat and make use of the indoor space to practise breathwork, hatha, and yin yoga, including a meditation practice to close each session.

Mentally, it reduces stress and anxiety and improves focus and mood. Its accessibility makes it ideal for those with limited mobility. Practicing yoga poses while sitting in a chair feels so different from how you embody the poses on all fours.
